ENGL Driver Manager automates the download and injection of drivers into System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).

Driver Manager can be installed on a workstation or server running the SCCM management console. Hardware inventory scans created by the Driver Manager Scanner (DMScanner) utility can be imported into the Driver Manager console. Additionally, ConfigMgr inventory can be browsed and imported.

Once imported, a search for latest drivers can be performed by specifying a Windows version and platform, i.e. Windows 7 x64. A query is then sent to an ENGL web service that returns a list of the latest drivers matching the hardware together with a list of download URLs. The drivers for each device can then be downloaded and customised.

The ConfigMgr Integration wizard displays a list of machines and Windows versions that have downloaded drivers. After selecting machines or Windows versions, the ConfigMgr Integration wizard will analyse the contents of each driver and will perform driver injection and creation of software packages.
